Anupam Narayan Anupam Narayan
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Narayan has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since February, 2008. He has been with the company since November 2004.  From 2004 to February 2008, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Narayan has nearly 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  From 1998 to March 2004, he served in various capacities as an executive officer of Best Western International Inc., including his most recent position as Senior Vice President, Global Brand Management and Chief Financial Officer and a three-month period as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer during 2002.  From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Narayan was employed by Doubletree Corporation and Red Lion Hotels, Inc., serving as Senior Vice President and Treasurer immediately prior to his move to Best Western.

Thomas L. McKeirnan Thomas L. McKeirnan
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. McKeirnan has been our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since February 2005.  Prior to that he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from January 2004 through February 2005 and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from July 2003 to January 2004.  Prior to joining us, Mr. McKeirnan was a partner at the Spokane, Washington law firm of Paine Hamblen Cofflin Brooke & Miller LLP from January 2002 until July 2003 and an associate attorney at the same firm from 1999 to 2001.  Mr. McKeirnan was also an associate attorney with the Seattle, Washington law firm of Riddell Williams P.S. from 1995 until 1999.  Mr. McKeirnan's private legal practice has focused on corporate, transactional, real estate and securities law, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. While in private practice, Mr. McKeirnan represented us as outside counsel on various strategic and transactional matters and also represented WestCoast Hotels, Inc. prior to our acquisition of that company.

John M. Taffin John M. Taffin
Executive Vice President, Acquisition & Development

Mr. Taffin has been our Executive Vice President, Acquisitions & Development since February 2008.  He served as Executive Vice President, Hotel Operations from September 2003 until February 2008.  He originally joined us in 1995 and held the position of Regional Manager from November 1995 to July 1997 and Vice President Hotel Operations from August 1997 to September 2002.  From August 2002 to August 2003 he was managing partner of Yogo Inn of Lewistown, Inc., a Montana based hotel company.  Mr. Taffin started his hospitality industry career with Red Lion Hotels in 1982.  During the period from 1982 to 1986 he held mid-management positions with Red Lion Hotels in Idaho, Washington and Oregon.  In 1986 he was promoted to General Manager and during the following nine years managed Red Lion Hotels in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and California.  He has served as the President of the Washington State Hotel and Lodging Association and as a board member of the Spokane Public Facilities District, the Spokane Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and the Washington State Tourism Advisory Committee.
David Barbieri David Barbieri
Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Mr. Barbieri has been with our company since 1996 and serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer.  Mr. Barbieri is a member of the senior management team for Red Lion Hotels Corporation and is responsible for the company's information technology initiatives ranging from network and application infrastructure to Internet-based application design and e-commerce.  Before joining our company, Mr. Barbieri worked as an engineer for a data backup hardware manufacturing company.
Anthony F. Dombrowik Anthony F. Dombrowik
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Dombrowik has served as our Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer since April, 2008. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer.  Mr. Dombrowik has been with Red Lion Hotels Corporation since May 2003.  Mr. Dombrowik was previously employed as senior manager at the public accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP, where he served as an auditor, certified public accountant and consultant from 1992 to 2003.  Mr. Dombrowik’s public accounting practice focused on auditing and consulting for mid-market public companies, with particular attention to consolidations, capital and debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the hospitality industry.  While in public practice, Mr. Dombrowik represented BDO Seidman, LLP on the Red Lion Hotels Corporation audit engagement. 

Krisann Hatch Krisann Hatch
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms.Hatch has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Red Lion Hotels Corporation since 2002 and is a member of the senior management team. Ms. Hatch had previously been with Hilton Hotels for 13 years, starting her hotel career in 1989 with Red Lion Hotels and serving in the role of Director of Human Resources at six different hotels throughout the Pacific Northwest and through each of the numerous mergers - from Red Lion to Doubletree to Promus to Hilton.  In 1999, she became the Regional Director of Human Resources for Hilton Hotels, responsible for up to 42 hotels in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California, Alaska, and Colorado.  Ms. Hatch is a Senior Professional, Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute and serves on the Board of the Spokane Chapter of the Northwest Human Resources Management Association.
Shannon Kapek Shannon Kapek
Vice President, Financial Analysis

Ms. Kapek serves as our Vice President, Financial Analysis.  Ms. Kapek is a member of the senior management team for Red Lion Hotels Corporation and has held a number of positions since joining our company in 1975 including Manager of Residential Real Estate Services from 1979 through 1997.   She was appointed Vice President in 1988.  From 1997 to 2002 Ms. Kapek carried the title Vice President, Financial Reporting.  In this capacity, she directed the financial reporting transition to a public company and oversaw accounting and cash management functions.  In 2002 Ms. Kapek assumed her current position of Vice President, Financial Analysis in which she directs the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions for all company divisions.
