The Willamette Valley Grill is sporting a new look, a new menu and live entertainment.

Executive Chef Matthew Slack's creative menu embraces classic Northwest flavors and uses local cheeses, produce and wines. With items such as seafood angel hair pasta, grilled steelhead trout and lamb the menu offers something special for everyone. Steak lovers can select from five great steaks cooked five great ways, all from hand cut Cascade Natural Beef which is naturally raised on sustainable pastures and fed a 100% vegetarian diet that is hormone and antibiotic free.

With live entertainment from classic rock to blues the Willamette Valley Grill's lounge is a great spot to dance the night away or play free Nintendo Wii.

The Willamette Grill opens at 6:00am, serving breakfast and lunch until 2pm and dinner from 5:00pm until 10:00pm.

The Willamette Valley Grill's full-service non-smoking lounge is fresh, spacious with handsome granite bar, small settings for intimate drinks and large couches and plush chairs for small groups. On the weekends the entertainment goes live with local classic rock and blues musicians. 

 
The lounge is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30am to midnight and until 2:00am on Friday and Saturday.
