    If your reservation was created through our central reservations office or on redlion.com, you can modify it by calling 1-800- Red Lion (733-5466). Some restrictions may apply for reservations that have special deposit or cancellation rules.
  2. Can I cancel my reservation online? Back to top
    Yes, if your reservation was made through our central reservations number or online, you can cancel it online. Simply click on the reservations tab, scroll down to view, change, or cancel a reservation, enter your reservation number and your hotel.  Then click "find your reservation."
    Some restrictions may apply for reservations that have special deposit or cancellation rules, these reservations may not be cancelled online.
  3. What is the AAA rate? Back to top
    The American Automobile Association (AAA) rate is for members of AAA who would need to show their membership cards upon check in.

    Red Lion honors guests over 50 and AARP (The American Association of Retired Persons) members with a special discounted rate. Present your valid identification or AARP membership card at check-in to take advantage of this discounted rate.

  5. What ID do I need to have to get the government rate? Back to top
    The government rate is for those persons who work for a city, state, or the federal government. They will be required to show proper identification upon check in at the hotel. Please note that the government rate for city/state employees are for the hotels in the state in which they are employed.
  6. I need to make a reservation with my group. Can I get my group rate online? Back to top
    Yes, if your meeting planner has given you the Red Lion group booking code, you may enter it on the Advanced Search page under the ‘Room block & group reservation’ section.   Simply enter your dates, the group block number (group booking code) and select your hotel.  Then click ‘Find room block rates’.
  7. Can I redeem my Red Lion R&R Club points online? Back to top
    Yes, once you are signed in, simply go to the Red Lion R&R Club Page and click the ‘Redeem Points’ tab.  You will have a list of redemptions available to you based on the points you have to use.  Select the item you wish to redeem points for and continue.

    Yes, if you have been given the Red Lion Preferred Corporate Rate booking code, you may enter it on the Advanced Search page.  Once you have entered your stay dates and the city and state you wish to stay, go to the ‘Restrict your search to these rate types & special rate codes’ section, click ‘Special Rates’ then ‘Preferred Corporate Account Code’ and enter your code.  Then click ‘Find your hotel’.
  10. I have an Only4Me Coupon Code. How do I make reservations online using this code? Back to top
    You may enter your ‘Only4Me coupon code on the Advanced Search page.  Once you have entered your stay dates and the city and state you wish to stay, go to the ‘Restrict your search to these rate types & special rate codes’ section, click ‘Special Rates’ then ‘Only4Me Web Deal’ and enter your code.  Then click ‘Find your hotel’.
  11. I have a Promotional Code. How do I make reservations using this code? Back to top
    You may enter your Promotional code on the Advanced Search page.  Once you have entered your stay dates and the city and state you wish to stay, go to the ‘Restrict your search to these rate types & special rate codes’ section, click ‘Special Rates’ then ‘Promotional code’ and enter your code.  Then click ‘Find your hotel’.
  12. I can’t remember my password to sign in to my redlion.com account. How do I retrieve my password? Back to top
    On Redlion.com, you may retrieve your password from the ‘Sign In’  page by selecting the link titled ‘Forgot your password?’  To retrieve your password you will need to enter your security question and answer as well as your email address.  If you do not have this information, you can also contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and an associate can assist you with resetting your password over the phone.

    If you receive a message stating that your 'Login Name is invalid' either you have registered with a different email address as your user name, or you are not a registered user.  In either case you can contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and an associate can assist you with updating your account information over the phone.
  15. I can’t remember the email address I used when I registered for an account. Is there a way to retrieve it? Back to top
    If you are unable to remember the email address you used to register as a ‘sign in’ you can contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and we can either reset your sign in information for you or work with you to retrieve your sign in information.
  16. I have a new email address. Is there any way to update my login online? Back to top
    Currently, there is no method to change the 'sign in' email address online.  If you need to change the sign in information you may contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and we can update the user information for you.
  17. I am already a Red Lion R&R Club Member and I would like to set up my existing account online. How do I register? Back to top
    If you already have a Red Lion R&R Club Membership but have not yet registered your account for online viewing you can contact the Member Service Center at 1-888-606-0563 or email Member Services at memberservices@redlion.com and we can set up your account for online viewing.
  18. I received an email from Red Lion and when I follow the link to sign in, I receive a message that my Login Name is invalid. How do I log in to view my account? Back to top
    If you receive a message stating that your Login Name is invalid either you have registered with a different email address as your user name, or you are not yet a registered user.  In either case you can contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and an associate can assist you with updating your account information over the phone.  If you prefer to register online, you may do so by accessing the Sign Up page and providing the registration information.
  19. Does Red Lion Hotels offer package rates? Back to top
    Yes.  Hotels offer package raters based on availability and season.  To check for package rates at your destination, ‘Click Here’ to go to our Hotel Directory page and select your hotel.  Once you are on the hotels page, you can select the ‘Packages and Promotions tab’.  If your destination is offering packages, they will be listed here.

    If you are already a registered user on Redlion.com, you can ‘Sign In’ to your account and select the ‘My Account’ link on the top right of the page.  Then, select ‘Edit Account Settings’ and under ‘Hotel Preferences & Subscriptions update ‘Email subscriptions’.

    If you are not already a registered user on Redlion.com, Click Here to create an account.  In the account creation process, Opt in under the ‘Email Subscriptions’ section of the registration.

    You can also contact us at 1-800-Red Lion and an associate can update your account to opt you in.

    Yes, if the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in a $50 fee is incurred.
  24. Is there a penalty for cancelling my reservation? Back to top
    Our hotels have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you decide to cancel with-in 24 hours of your arrival date there is a penalty. Please check with the hotel to determine the cancellation penalty.
