Official Rules: 1. Eligibility: This sweepstakes will start on April 1, 2009 and end on September 30, 2009 (“Entry Period”). This promotion is intended for play in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age and older as of August 1, 2009. Employees of Red Lion Hotels, Red Lion Hotels Corporation and the immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, parents and each of their spouses) are ineligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. 2. How to Enter:  Red Lion R&R Club members will be automatically entered in for the prize drawing each time they stay at a participating Red Lion Hotel while accompanied by their pet. There is no restriction on the number of entries per person. The drawing will be held on or around October 1, 2009. 3. Prize: The selected winner will receive one year's worth of pet food from a selected list of brands determined by Red Lion Hotels Corporation.  The type of pet food for the prize will be dependent on the pet type that accompanied the winner during their hotel stay.  Prizes may not be substituted for cash equivalent. All taxes associated with and based on the value of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the winner cannot be notified or if winner fails to respond to announcement of winning the prize drawing by October 31, 2009, a secondary drawing for that prize will be held from all eligible entrants. The odds of winning are dependant on number of eligible entries received.
