| Terms and
Conditions for earning points and/or air miles at Outrigger
and/or OHANA hotels and resorts: |
- Members can earn GuestAwards points and air miles through
qualified stays at participating Outrigger and/or OHANA
Hawaii hotel stays per the following earnings structure:
- 500 points per vacation package
- 500 points per night or 500 air miles per stay
at participating OHANA hotels for Guest and Gold
Level members
- 500 point per night and 500 air miles per stay
at participating OHANA hotels for Platinum Level
members
- 1,000 points per night or 500 air miles per stay
at participating Outrigger hotels for Guest and
Gold Level members
- 1,000 point per night and 500 air miles per stay
at participating Outrigger hotels for Platinum
Level members
- A GuestAward member can only earn points and/or air
miles if that stay is booked through redlion.com and/or
westcoasthotels.com and must provide his/her GuestAwards
membership number in the reservation profile.
- A "stay" is defined as one or more consecutive
nights that a member stays at a participating Outrigger
and/or OHANA hotels & resorts
- In order to earn air miles, a member must provide,
within their GuestAwards profile, their designated Airline
Frequent Flyer number.
- Airline miles may only be earned for Alaska Airlines,
Northwest Airlines, Delta Airlines and American Airlines.
If no frequent flyer number is provided, the member will
NOT earn points for that stay. Airline miles may NOT
be credited retroactively.
- If a member wishes to change his/her earning preference
he/she must do so prior to the stay in question and may
do so either via the website or the GuestAwards Customer
Service Center.
- Only Platinum Level members may earn a combination
of GuestAwards points and air miles.
- Travel Agent Education (FAM) Rate, Wholesale Rates,
Transportation/Crew rates, Rates booked on 3rd party
websites, rates booked direct with Outrigger and/or OHANA
hotels, or rates booked through any other channel besides
redlion.com and/or westcoasthotels.com do not qualify
for points and/or air miles.
- A member is eligible to earn GuestAwards points and/or
air miles for only the personal guest rooms booked and
paid for by the member with a maximum of 2 guest rooms.
If two GuestAwards members are sharing a guest room,
only the paying member will be awarded points and/or
air miles.
- A new member can earn GuestAwards points on qualified
stays, which have occurred within 30 days prior to enrollment
at participating Outrigger and/or OHANA hotel only by
visiting GuestAwards.com or via the GuestAwards Customer
Service Center. The member must provide his/her hotel
receipt and GuestAwards member number and must include
the dates of the applicable stays, the name and address
of the participating hotel. The stays must have occurred
after the launch date of the Outrigger partnership in
order to qualify. Members cannot earn air miles for stays
prior to enrollment.

Terms and Conditions
for redeeming for a free night stay at Outrigger and/or
OHANA hotels and resorts:
|
- Members can redeem points for free night stays at Red
Lion Hotels, West Coast Hotels and participating Outrigger
and OHANA Hotels in Hawaii
- A free night stay is valid only for the room rate for
one (1) single or double standard hotel room for up to
two guests, including local taxes.
- A free night stay for an Outrigger and/or OHANA hotel
is valid for the room rate for the accommodations type
designated by the hotel on www.guestawards.com for up
to two guests, including applicable taxes.
- The number of points needed for an Outrigger and/or
OHANA hotel reward will vary by hotel. To learn about
reward levels by hotel type, visit www.guestawards.com
or call GuestAwards Customer Service at 888-606-0563.
- A free night stay for an Outrigger and/or OHANA hotel
must be booked via GuestAwards Customer Services at 888-606-0563
and must be booked a minimum of one week prior to arrival
date.
- When making an Outrigger and/or OHANA hotel free night
stay reservation, the member must provide a major credit
card to confirm the reservation.
- The member redeeming the free night stay will be responsible
for any expedited mailing costs for award certificates.
- In order to claim a free night stay award at an Outrigger
Hotel and/or OHANA hotel, a certificate must be presented
at the time of check-in for the award stay.
- The award certificates issued for an Outrigger and/or
OHANA hotel stay will be issued in the Member's name
or in the name of a person designated by the Member.
- Award certificates are valid only for the specific
hotel listed on the certificate and valid only for dates
of the listed stay.
- For free night stay awards with Outrigger and/or OHANA
hotels, certain arrival/departure restrictions, blackout
periods and other limitations may apply.
- Members are responsible for paying for additional nights
not covered by the certificate.
- The free night stay reward certificate may not be combined
with any other coupon, offer or special promotion for
the stay.
- The award certificate must be presented to the front
desk agent at the time of check-in and once it is surrendered
it will be deemed fully used.
- Free night stay reservations may only be cancelled
by the member, who must call GuestAwards Customer Service
at 888-606-0563.
- If a member cancels his/her reservation in accordance
with the hotel's cancellation policy, and returns the
certificate to GuestAwards Customer Service, all points
redeemed for the free night stay for Outrigger and/or
OHANA hotels will be returned to the member's account.
In the event of a "no-show" or if the member
does not cancel the reservation per the stated cancellation
policy, the hotel will charge the member's credit card
for a one night stay at the hotel's standard rate for
that day.
- GuestAwards members will NOT accrue any GuestAwards
points or airline miles for any room nights using an
awards certificate.
