Red Lion Hotels Corporation
(“Red Lion”) guarantees that the “We
Promise or We Pay” rate, displayed exclusively
on Red Lion branded Web sites, will be the best online
room rate for any Red Lion affiliated hotel (“We
Promise or We Pay” Rate Guarantee). This guarantee
applies to reservations for guest rooms at Red Lion
branded hotels in the United States and Canada. Red
Lion branded Web sites include, but are not limited
to, www.westcoasthotels.com, www.redlion.com, and www.guestawards.com.
For a claim to be valid under this guarantee it must
satisfy all Terms and Conditions contained herein,
and be submitted in compliance with the claims processing
procedures described below.
Terms and Conditions

If you find and advise Red Lion
Hotels Corporation of a lower, published, available
room
rate that is viewable and bookable for the
same hotel, for the same room type and bed type,
and for the
same dates and number of adults (the “Competing
Rate”), on the same day of making a confirmed
reservation of the lowest “We Promise or We
Pay” rate
on Red Lion branded Web sites (the “Original
Reservation”), Red Lion will comp each
night of the stay pattern associated with the
original
reservation up to 2-nights, and provide a non-refundable
$100 gift certificate to be redeemed at any
Red Lion hotel for any service amenities provided
by the hotel.
- Red Lion Hotels Corporation will validate
the competing rate within 24 hours of receiving
the “We
Promise or We Pay” claims processing
form and notify you of the results through
the e-mail
address
you provide. Because the claim must be processed
before check-in, you must submit your claim
at least 72 hours prior to check-in.The “We
Promise or We Pay” Rate
Guarantee only applies to Competing Rates
found on
the following Web sites: www.expedia.com, www.hotels.com, www.orbitz.com,
www.travelocity.com, www.lodging.com, and
www.travelweb.com (“Non-Opaque ADS Channels”).
- The “We Promise or We Pay” Rate
Guarantee does not apply to the following rate
types: (1) Rates that are not publicly available,
such has
negotiated corporate or group rates; (2) Discount
rates offered only to members of groups or
individuals who meet previously-specified criteria,
including
but not limited to AAA members, seniors, government
employees, or GuestAwards members; (3) Package
rates that include the room and other components
such as
travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast
meals; (4) Rates negotiated for stay extending
beyond 30-nights; (5) Rates that are available
on auction
Web sites; and (6) Rates available on Opaque
Web sites, such as www.priceline.com and www.hotwire.com,
that do not disclose the hotel brand until
the reservation
is complete.
- Rate comparison will be made net of any
taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated
with the room rate. Rate disparities solely attributable
to fluctuations and/or differences in currency
exchange rates are excluded from the “We Promise or
We Pay” Rate Guarantee.
- In the event of
a multiple night stay, the “We Promise or We Pay” Rate
Guarantee will compare the total cost of the
entire stay as
booked in the original reservation from the branded
Web Sites with the total room cost of the entire
stay found on the Non-Opaque ADS Channel.

A claim must be submitted on
the same day of making the original reservation
through Red
Lion branded Web sites. An original reservation
refers
to the initial reservation made through
Red Lion branded Web sites and does not include
modified
or cancelled reservations.

A “We Promise or We Pay” claims
processing form is available on Red Lion
branded Web sites. This claim form
may only be submitted
electronically.

Red Lion Customer Care
Associates have the sole right and discretion
to determine the validity
of any claim, including, but not limited
to, determining that it is for the same hotel,
room type, dates,
and that it meets all Terms, Conditions,
and Claims Processing requirements.

An individual
from the same household is limited to receiving
up to four (“4”)
validated “We Promise or We Pay” Rate
Guarantee claims during a consecutive 12-month time
period, based on when the claim was submitted. “Same
Household” is defined as an individual
either with the same surname, the same
physical address,
or the same credit card attached to the
Original Reservation.

Within 24 hours
of validating the “We
Promise or We Pay” claim, the Red
Lion Customer Care Associate will send
an email
communication that
includes a file tracking number for the
claim and the protocol for receiving the
$100 Gift
Certificate.

The $100 Gift Certificate will
be mailed within 10-days from your
check-out date of the Original
Reservation and expire 6-months from
that check-out date. The $100 Gift Certificate
can only be redeemed
against your total hotel folio at check-out
in any subsequent stay to the original
reservation, so long
as it is within 6-months from the check-out
date of the original reservation. If
you
consume less
than $100 of goods and services, you
are not entitled to a cash refund or a credit
balance re-issuance.

In the event of
an approved “We Promise
or We Pay” claim, the 1-night,
non-refundable deposit, associated with
your original reservation,
will be refunded to your credit card
at check-out of your original reservation.

In
the event of multiple bookings, where
each reservation at the “We Promise or We Pay” rate
has either the same name or credit card number, are
for the same hotel and for the same dates, Red Lion
will provide the compensation associated with the “We
Promise or We Pay” Rate Guarantee
for up to 2 reservations.

If you cancel
your reservation after confirmation
of an approved “We Promise or We Pay” claim,
you forfeit all benefits associated with
such a validated claim, including but not
limited to the complimentary
room nights, $100 Gift Certificate, and
the credit re-issuance of the 1-night,
non-refundable
deposit
booking requirement.

Employees and agents
of Red Lion Hotels Corporation and the
immediate family members and
persons living in the same household as
such individuals, are not eligible to participate
in the “We
Promise or We Pay” Rate Guarantee.

The “We Promise or We Pay” Rate
Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or
promotions, and is void where prohibited by law.
Red Lion Hotels Corporation reserves the right to
amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue
the “We Promise or We Pay” Rate
Guarantee at anytime in its sole discretion
and without prior
notice.
